Returns or replacements will only be accepted if you receive a defective or missing item.
Unboxing Video is Mandatory
A proper unboxing video is mandatory without cuts for any claim.
- Share the unboxing video and details within 48 hours of delivery at support@klassy.in
- Without an unboxing video, no request will be accepted.
- If approved, we will provide a replacement. No refund will be provided.
No Refund Policy
We do not provide refunds or store credit in any case.
No Cancellation
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
RTO (Return to Origin) Orders
If your order is returned due to your unavailability or incorrect details:
Re-shipping will be done only after prepayment of shipping charges.
